          Kansas Speedway Corp. (KSC) promoted Dir of Operations
     JEFF BOERGER to VP & GM.  Boerger joined KSC in '98.  Also,
     GILLIAN ZUCKER was promoted from Dir of Business Operations
     to VP/Operational Development (KSC)....One-On-One Sports
     named CHRISTOPHER CANNING VP/General Counsel.  Canning was
     an attorney for Chicago-based law firm Winston & Strawn,
     representing One-On-One Sports in numerous matters (One-On-
     One Sports)....PETER "P.T." TOWNEND resigned as Global Brand
     Manager of Irvine-based Rusty Apparel to become Publisher of
     San Clemente-based Surfing, a monthly magazine (OCR, 5/10).
