NAMES & FACES: GORDON ON WITH IMG'S CHARLOTTE SUBSIDIARY

          Jeff Gordon has signed an exclusive deal for Charlotte-
     based IMG subsidiary Muhleman Marketing "to represent his
     national and international interests."  JG Motorsports will
     "continue managing" Gordon's licensing, car sponsorships and
     business affairs (CHARLOTTE OBSERVER, 4/14).
          OTHER DEALS: WorldBestBuy.com has agreed to sponsor IRL
     driver Ronnie Johncox (AP, 4/14)....Callaway Golf has signed
     Paul Lawrie as a company endorser.  Lawrie, who is playing
     on the PGA Tour this year after eight seasons on the PGA
     European Tour, will play Callaway metal woods and irons, as
     well as the company's Odyssey putter.  Additionally, he will
     carry a Callaway-branded bag and wear the company's logo on
     his hat and shirt (Callaway)....CA-based Midway
     Entertainment has signed an exclusive licensing deal with
     Rams QB Kurt Warner for "Kurt Warner's Arena Football
     Unleashed" video game for the PlayStation system (Midway).
