MYTEAM IS BETTER OFF THAN YOUR TEAM AFTER MORE FINANCING

          MA-based myteam.com announced the closing of its second
     round of financing, which raised over $37M.  The company has
     raised over $50M in financing over the last 18 months and
     will use the funds for site expansion and marketing.  The
     second round was led by Canaan Partners and includes
     investments from Charles River Ventures, North Bridge
     Venture Partners, Trident Capital, Comdisco, Creative
     Technologies, BankBoston Ventures, Dominion Ventures,
     Shamrock Capital Advisors, the investment arm of the Roy
     Disney Family, The QB Club and Cleveland Pacific Equity
     Ventures.  Venture partners in myteam.com's initial
     financing have also increased their investment in the second
     round.  Myteam.com's individual investors include Bobby Orr,
     M.L. Carr and Bernie Kosar (myteam.com).
