UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT: SMG ACQUIRES HUIZENGA'S LMI

          National Car Rental Center (NCRC) and Miami Arena will
     be under new management after Philadelphia-based Spectacor
     Management Group (SMG) announced it is merging with Houston-
     based Leisure Management Inc. (LMI), according to the Ft.
     Lauderdale SUN-SENTINEL.  Broward County Finance Dir Phil
     Allen said that the county "has been told there are no
     management changes being contemplated" by SMG.  The report
     adds that the merger means Huizenga "will no longer own an
     interest" in LMI (Ft. Lauderdale SUN-SENTINEL, 3/28).
