EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Sports Illustrated For Kids named TIM JARRELL as
     VP/Publishing Dir, SHEILA BUCKLEY as Publisher and GABRIELLE
     SEVERINI as Associate Publisher for Marketing.  Jarrell was
     previously Associate Publisher & GM, while Buckley was
     VP/Marketing & Business Development at Media Networks Inc.,
     a division of Time Inc.  Severini was previously Marketing
     Dir (SI For Kids)....MINARD HAMILTON was named GM of Int'l
     Business for ESPN Internet Group.  Hamilton was with ESPN
     Int'l (ESPN Internet Group)....JAMIE SWENSON was named Dir
     of Operations & Sales for Raycom Sports.  Swenson will be
     based in Sacramento and focus on the LPGA Tour Longs Drugs
     Challenge on April 13-16 (Raycom Sports)....The USATF named
     JILL GREER as Dir of Communications (Mult., 2/22).
