EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Former Coca-Cola Chair & CEO DOUG IVESTER formally
     retired from the company yesterday and was replaced by
     DOUGLAS DAFT.  Daft sent an e-mail to all Coca-Cola
     employees yesterday that said: "Nimble, agile, innovative,
     creative, responsive and trusted -- these are the qualities
     that will drive our success in the markets of today and
     tomorrow" (ATLANTA CONSTITUTION, 2/18)....eTeamz has named
     SCOTT BUCCOLA to Sport Category Dir, effective immediately.
     Buccola will handle marketing and promotions to the Web
     site's soccer audience (eTeamz)....CASEY MURRAY has been
     appointed Stocks.com VP/Marketing.  Murray was previously
     Manager Corporate Marketing and Ad Sales for the Phillies
     (Stocks.com)....The IPFL Idaho Stallions have named JACK
     CARNEFIX as Dir of Communications and Media Relations. 
     Also, the team's play-by-play broadcaster TOM LEWIS "has
     moved into football operations" (Stallions)....The GTE Byron
     Nelson Classic has named ROB SCICHILI as Dir of Marketing
     Communications.  Scichili previously served as Dir of
     Communications for the Mighty Ducks (GTE Byron Nelson
     Classic)....The NC office of Disson Furst & Partners has
     named BILL O'NEIL as VP/Communications.  O'Neil's 17 years
     in the PR and marketing field include positions with the
     Goodwill Games and Virginia Slims Tennis Series.  In
     addition, MARCY SCOTT was named to handle PR for the Nestle
     NesQuik NASCAR Busch Series racing program, and CHERYL
     STEELE will have the same role with the AFG Glass NASCAR
     Busch Series racing program (DFP).
