EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          ESPN named MARK QUENZEL and JOHN WILDHACK to oversee
     the network's programming department.  Quenzel was promoted
     to Senior VP from VP/Programming, while Wildhack will retain
     his title of Senior VP.  Wildhack will focus on program
     acquisitions, while Quenzel's responsibilities will include
     planning and development for shows on "ESPN Now" and "ESPN
     Extra" (ESPN)....ANDREW SIPPEL has been promoted to
     Publisher & VP of ESPN Magazine.  Dir of Research DAVID
     LEHMKUHL replaces Sippel as Dir of Marketing.  In other
     moves, CHRIS COLLINS was promoted to Dir of Advertising from
     N.Y. Sales Manager, while WALKER MASON was named Sales
     Development Manager (ESPN Magazine).
          EXECS: CT-based Mohegan Sun has named former MSG exec
     PAUL MUNICK as VP/Sports & Entertainment to "help book"
     boxing and other events for the arena (HARTFORD COURANT,
     2/13)...DAVID NUNES was named VP/Finance for Pro Player
     Stadium.  Nunes was Dir of Finance (Pro Player Stadium).
