          GO FOR IT: On CNBC's "Business Center," Sue Herrera
     reported Walt Disney CEO Michael Eisner "bought about $1
     million worth of Go.com on the open market." Go.com is
     "Disney's internet tracking stock."  The purchase "indicates
     Mr. Eisner is confident about Disney's Internet
     initiatives."  Go.com was up 1 5/8 points to close at 26 1/8
     yesterday (CNBC, 1/25).  On CNNfn's "Moneyline," Eisner
     spoke with Terry Keenan about Disney's earnings.  Eisner:
     "ESPN is doing great, we have the Super Bowl coming up ...
     and I just didn't want to disappoint people down the line if
     we didn't maintain this kind of momentum."  Eisner also
     talked about the Time Warner/AOL merger by saying Disney was
     "independent, we're strong, we have excellent Internet
     opportunities with Go.com and our vertical sites like ...
     ESPN.com" ("Moneyline," CNNfn, 1/25).
