FIDDLERS UNDER ONE ROOF: FOX SPORTS AND FSN GROUPS MERGE

          Fox Sports and Fox Sports Net are "restructuring their
     promotion and marketing work" under the new Fox Sports
     Marketing Group, according to a report in the HOLLYWOOD
     REPORTER.  The new unit will have four subgroups: strategic
     planning, headed by recently promoted Senior VP REBECCA
     O'SULLIVAN; a marketing services unit; and in-house and
     external creative units for promotions and advertising. 
     SCOTT BANTLE has been named Senior VP/Creative Dir for the
     in-house work, with a "yet to be named" marketing services
     leader and a VP/External Brand Advertising.  NEAL TILES, who
     joined Fox Sports two years ago after two years at ESPN and
     seven years with Young & Rubicam and Foote, Cone & Belding,
     has been named Exec VP and will run "the entire marketing
     group" (HOLLYWOOD REPORTER, 12/14).
