ROME AROUND THE WORLD: BOWLEN TO BRING IN ITALIAN ARTIST

Italian artist Sergio Benvenuti has "been commissioned"
by Broncos Owner Pat Bowlen "to do a sculpture of galloping
horses" for the team's new stadium, according to Cindy
Brovsky of the DENVER POST. The horses would be 50% "larger
than life-size and would appear to be running through" a
mountain stream at night. Art "experts" say the project
would cost more than $1M (DENVER POST, 12/10). The
sculpture will feature seven horses (ROCKY MTN NEWS, 12/10).
