EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          MORE CHANGES AT FLEET: The SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL's
     Daniel Kaplan reports that GREG CLARK "will now run" Fleet
     Boston Corp.'s sports group, replacing SCOTT POIRIER. 
     Kaplan notes that Poirer "will no longer have any ties" to
     the group, nor will PAT MCAULIFFE, "who took over the group"
     in August '97.  McAuliffe "ran the group until earlier this
     year" (SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL, 10/25 issue).
          OTHER MOVES: STEVE MERRILL was named TN Golf Foundation
     Dir of Development.  Merrill was Dir of Home Entertainment
     at NBAE (Golf House Tennessee)....STEVEN SANTAMARIA was
     named a trustee of the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Team
     Foundation.  Santamaria recently was named Mariah
     Communications President & CEO (THE DAILY)....Petersen
     Enterprises named SHARYN TAYMOR as VP/Business Development. 
     She was previously ESPN Enterprises Dir (AD AGE, 10/25).
