EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          BRANDWEEK's Terry Lefton reports that RICK PLATT will
     become Senior Dir of Retail Sales Development at NFLP. 
     Platt has been Dir of Retail Sales & Marketing at MLBP since
     '96 (BRANDWEEK, 10/18 issue)....Rawlings Sporting Goods
     named MIKE LUETKEMEYER as CFO.  He replaces REX PETERSON,
     who had been interim CFO since February (Rawlings)....DAN
     O'BRIEN has resigned as USA Baseball Exec Dir/CEO.  PAUL
     SEILER has been named to the post on an interim basis
     (USOC)....The ECHL named RANDY HALL Dir of Hockey
     Operations.  Hall spent the last four years as Dir of Player
     Relations at the Professional Hockey Players Assoc. (ECHL).
