FACILITY NOTES

          In Philadelphia, Kim & Adamson wrote on the behavior of
     Eagles fans at Sunday's Bucs-Eagles game and commented the
     day "was another reminder" why a Sunday at Veterans Stadium
     "just isn't fun anymore.  It's abuse" (PHILADELPHIA DAILY
     NEWS, 9/20).  Also in Philadelphia, Dan Gerlinger wrote a
     letter to PA Gov. Tom Ridge: "I beg you to designate the Vet
     a disaster area, and provide immediate emergency relief"
     (PHILADELPHIA DAILY NEWS, 9/20)....In Denver, Michael DeBan
     wrote on the construction of the Pepsi Center and cited
     project manager Tim Romani as saying $180M "is the end-all,
     final cost of the building."  The facility "is equipped with
     state-of-the-art everything," from $5M scoreboards and video
     displays to marble, granite and tile floors (ROCKY MOUNTAIN
     NEWS, 9/19)....Ogden Corporation said that it "plans to sell
     its entertainment and aviation business instead of spinning
     them off."  Its entertainment business includes operating
     concessions at many stadiums (WALL STREET JOURNAL, 9/20).
