     strategic planning for NBA.com and WNBA.com.  Spoonemore was
     a General Editor for ESPN Magazine (NBAE)....Huffy Sports
     named RANDY SCHICKERT President & GM.  Schickert replaces
     PAUL D'ALOIA, who was named President & GM of the Huffy

     HERBSTRITT was named Affiliate Sales Account Exec at FSN
     Pittsburgh.  He was Programming Manager (FSNP). ...The Golf
     Channel named BOB JAMES Dir of Corporate Marketing.  He was
