EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          The Pacers will "announce the hiring" of KELLY
     KRAUSKOPF as COO of their WNBA expansion franchise scheduled
     to begin play next summer.  Krauskopf is the President of
     Women's Sports at Dallas-based Host Communications
     (INDIANAPOLIS STAR-NEWS, 7/22)....BRUCE TAUB was named to
     the newly created post of CBS Senior VP & CFO.  Taub was CBS
     VP/Financial Planning and "helped implement sales and
     acquisition strategies" for CBS' "new stake" in the NFL
     (DAILY VARIETY, 7/22)....MICHAEL CAMPBELL is "stepping down"
     as President of Seattle-King County Sports and Events
     Council after six years.  Campbell "hasn't decided what his
     next career move will be" (SEATTLE P-I, 7/22).
