PORTER NOVELLI, MILLSPORT FORM JOINT SPORTS MARKETING UNIT

          NY-based Porter Novelli and CT-based Millsport have
     formed a joint venture called Porter Novelli Millsport
     Sports (PNM Sports), which will offer sports communications
     assistance in efforts to build brands, sell products and
     services and reach new audiences.  PNM Sports will combine
     PR, sports marketing and the interactive medium to create
     integrated programs aiming to fulfill brand and business
     objectives.  PNM Sports said that interactive elements will
     play a key role in program development and execution (PNM).
