EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          BOB MUNROE was named Reebok N.A. Senior VP & GM. 
     Munroe assumes overall responsibility for the geographic
     management of Reebok's North American businesses.  Munroe
     replaces SHAWN NEVILLE, who resigned to become FootAction
     USA President & CEO (Reebok)....The Heat named KIM STONE
     Senior Dir of Operations for Miami's WNBA franchise,  
     scheduled to begin play in 2000.  Stone, the Heat's former
     Dir of Sports Media Operations, "will be responsible" for
     the day-to-day operations of the business department for the
     WNBA franchise (MIAMI HERALD, 7/15)....NMG named VERONIQUE
     MARCHAL as PR Account Supervisor.  Marchal was previously
     Senior Communications Manager for the WTA Tour.  NMG also
     named CLAY LURASCHI PR Account Coordinator.  Luraschi was
     previously with the L.A.-based firm Bender, Goldman & Helper
     (NMG)....The Maple Leafs named PAT QUINN as GM yesterday
     (GLOBE & MAIL, 7/15)....The Lightning dismissed GM & coach
     JACQUES DEMERS.  VP of Hockey Operations RICK DUDLEY will
     take over GM duties, and former IHL Vipers coach STEVE
     LUDZIK will take over coaching duties (TAMPA TRIBUNE, 7/15).
