EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          TOM STIPES has resigned as Tournament Dir of the PGA
     Tour's World Golf Championships Andersen Consulting Match
     Play Championship and has formed WinningEdge in La Jolla,
     CA.  WinningEdge will focus on sports media and look to
     create media and sponsorships for new and existing events
     and/or programming (WinningEdge)....The CBA Skyforce named
     JESSICA GREEN Dir of Sales & Marketing (SportsTicker,
     5/24)....BOB BOURNE was named GM of the IHL Grizzlies
     (SportsTicker, 5/24)....CBA Fury Chair JAY FRYE was elected
     Exec Committee Chair for the CBA for the fifth consecutive
     year, joining Stampede Managing Investor BILL ILETT and
     Hoops CEO BOB PRZYBYSZ on the three-person committee (CBA).
