EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          HOWARD JACOBS was named Senior VP/Worldwide Marketing &
     Business Development for Action Performance Companies Inc. 
     Jacobs was previously at the Coca-Cola Company, where he
     directed its NASCAR strategy (Action Performance)....The
     SLOC named JUDY SHOEMAKER to handle Marketing & Promotion
     Services for the 2002 Games.  Shoemaker developed the "I
     Love This Game!" campaign while VP/Marketing at NBA
     Properties.  She joins the SLOC from Robinson & Maites (AP,
     5/26)....STEVE SMITH was named Exec Dir of Ticket Sales &
     Services for the Warriors.  Smith was a Sales Exec for Orca
     Bay Sports & Entertainment (Warriors)....MARK KELLY has
     resigned as Jazz Media Relations Manager to accept a
     position with Int'l Sports Broadcasting (SALT LAKE TRIBUNE,
     5/24)....TOM JARONSKI was named Dir Events & Sports
     Marketing for the N.Y. Times Company Magazine Group which
     includes Golf Digest, Golf Digest Woman, Golf World and Golf
     Shop Operations (N.Y. Times Magazine Group).
