EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          NFLP REPLACES CONNELLY: CHARLES ZONA, former President
     of Menswear Group of Salant, has been named NFLP Senior
     VP/Consumer Products.  Zona has held his position with N.Y.-
     based Salant since '97 and has 30 years of retail experience
     (NFLP).  He succeeds JIM CONNELLY who resigned last
     August....GREG MOYER was named President of Cablevision's
     Rainbow Media Regional Programming.  He was at Discovery
     Communications (VARIETY, 1/15)....LAURA DAY has resigned as
     Dir of Corporate Marketing for the Twins (ST. PAUL PIONEER
     PRESS, 1/15)....MacGregor Golf named JEFFREY SEARS as
     VP/Marketing (BRANDWEEK, 1/11 issue)....NBC West Coast
     President DON OHLMEYER has been named to CART's Board of
     Directors (CART)....Time Warner-NY named MICHAEL PEPE as
     President of its new Time Warner E-Commerce division.  He
     will be responsible for building a central infrastructure
     for all Time Warner's e-commerce initiatives (AD AGE, 1/14).
