DOGGY DOG WORLD: ESPN SETS SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL AD CAMPAIGN

          ESPN's new "Sunday Night Football" ad campaign from OR-
     based Wieden & Kennedy is based on the painting, "Dogs
     Playing Poker."  Spots began running this week in the new
     promo which features celebrity voice-overs by actors Art
     Carney and Gilbert Gottfried, and former NBA player George
     Gervin.  Directed by Joe Pytka, who directed the current
     ESPN Classic "Old School" campaign and the film "Space Jam,"
     the cast will include Carney as the St. Bernard, Gervin as
     the Bull Mastiff and Gottfried as the Bulldog (ESPN).
