          Dover Downs Entertainment is buying more than 1,600
     acres southeast of Nashville to build a $35M superspeeday. 
     The purchase price is "about" $4M (Mult., 7/29)....In
     Cincinnati, supporters of the Broadway Commons ballpark
     site, who have gathered "nearly" 45,000 signatures, "are
     close to forcing the site issue onto the November ballot,"
     for "an unprecedented second referendum for a stadium"
     (CINCINNATI ENQUIRER, 7/28).  In Cincinnati, Bill Koch wrote
     against a second ballot measure, saying the club has "made
     it clear" that it is not interested in the Broadway Commons
     site.  Koch: "The Reds are all bubbly over the prospect of
     having a new ballpark at the foot of Main Street. ... Let's
     not blow it now" (CINCINNATI POST, 7/28).
