EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          BILLY MCGEHEE was named to run the business side of the
     Lightning and the Ice Palace.  ALW Sports Management, "which
     essentially is new Lightning owner ART WILLIAMS," named
     McGehee, 44, as its President and CEO (Tom Jones, ST. PETE
     TIMES, 5/29)....Momentum.IMC named CHRIS WEIL and PETER
     GUMAS as Exec VPs.  Weil will manage the AmEx golf account
     and oversee presence and event marketing in North America,
     while Gumas' responsibilities will include client services,
     sponsorship and consulting in North America.  Weil had been
     Senior VP/Sales & Marketing at Regency Productions, and
     Gumas had been a Group Dir and Manager of Int'l Marketing at
     NBA Int'l.  Momentum.IMC also promoted KEVIN O'ROURKE to GM
     of North American Ops (Momentum.IMC)....SkyDome Corp. named
     JOANNE RUSNELL VP/Finance & Business Development.  She had
     been SkyDome VP/Business Development & General Counsel
     (SkyDome)....The IHL Wolves promoted ADAM FOX from Dir of
     Operations to Exec VP/Business Operations (Wolves).
