PHOENIX INSURANCE TO UNVEILS PLANS FOR $1B CT DEVELOPMENT

          Phoenix Home Life Mutual Insurance CEO Robert Fiondella
     will present plans before the Hartford City Council today
     for a $1B development program along Hartford's riverfront,
     which will include a convention center and an attached
     multipurpose auditorium and stadium, according to Mike Swift
     in an above-the-fold, front-page feature in the HARTFORD
     COURANT.  The arena will target conventions and the NCAA
     Final Four (HARTFORD COURANT, 5/13).  UConn football and the
     ABL Blizzard could also be tenants (HARTFORD COURANT, 5/13).
