EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Time Warner Chair & CEO GERALD LEVIN received a
     contract extension through 2003 and a bonus of $6.5M (WALL
     STREET JOURNAL, 3/26)....CBS named DANA MCCLINTOCK Dir of
     Communications.  McClintock will serve as a liaison between
     CBS Communications and Media Relations operating groups,
     including entertainment, news and sports (CBS Corporation).
     ...JOHN FOSTER has been elected President & Tournament Dir
     of the '99 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic (BHCC)....Women's
     soccer coach ANSON DORRANCE has been named to the '99 FIFA
     Women's World Cup Advisory Board (WWC)....STEVE HARASYMIAK
     has been named Coordinating Producer of msnbcsports.com.  In
     addition, MARK ZIMMERMAN and GIAN TROTTA have been named
     site Producers, and SABRINA FODOR will continue as the
     site's Associate Producer (NBC Sports).
