EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          ROBERT HUNTER is resigning as Community Relations Dir
     of the SLOC, citing budget problems as "part of the
     reason."  SLOC VP SHELLEY THOMAS will take over part of
     Hunter's duties, and a Youth Programs Dir and an Education
     Dir will be hired (AP/SALT LAKE TRIBUNE, 2/15)....The
     Yankees named JOSEPH PERELLO as VP/Business Development. 
     Perello comes from credit card issuer MBNA America, where he
     was VP/Sports Marketing (Yankees)....Home Team Sports named
     JEFF WAGNER its new VP/General Sales Manager.  Wagner has
     been with HTS since '84 (HTS)....Jaguars Manager of Media
     Relations DAVE AUCHTER has left the team to become PR
     Manager for the World Golf Village (FL TIMES-UNION, 2/15)
     ....Sports reporter FRAN CHARLES is leaving Boston's WHDH-
     NBC for N.Y. NBC affil WNBC-TV.  Charles will debut March 23
     as WNBC's morning sports anchor (BOSTON GLOBE, 2/15).
