     Xerox in Vancouver (ESPN)....Fox Sports named VICTORIA QUOSS
     Senior VP/Program Planning & Affiliate Relations.  Quoss had
     been Senior VP/Network Distribution at Fox Broadcasting (Fox
     Sports)....The WNBA named MARK PRAY to the newly created
     position of Dir of Media Relations.  ALICE MCGILLION moves
     from Dir of Communications to Dir of Corporate
     Communications (WNBA)....Toronto business exec ART RUTLEDGE
     was named President of Basketball Canada (Toronto GLOBE &
     MAIL, 10/20)....SportsChannel Ohio named TOM FARMER Exec
     Producer and GLENN MEYER Dir of Programming & Ops.  Farmer
     had been Senior Producer/Dir; Meyer had been Programming
     Manager (SportsChannel Ohio)....The U.S. Youth Soccer Assoc.
     named DALE LOCKETT, JR. Dir of Operations (USYSA)....Strike
     Ten Entertainment named JOANNE JOHNSON Tournaments & Events
     Coordinator (Strike Ten Entertainment)....WGN-TV, Chicago,
     named TIM SCANLAN Dir of Production.  He had been MLB 
     Coordinating Producer at ESPN (ELECTRONIC MEDIA, 10/20).
     ....The LPGA Tour named LESLIE KING Dir of Communications
     and TIM MCNULTY Manager of PR (GOLFWEEK, 10/18 issue).
     ...Oakland Coliseum Exec VP EZRA RAPPORT has resigned,
     effective next month.  In S.F., Matier & Ross write that
     Rapport was "one of the chief architects of the Raiders
     return" to Oakland (S.F. CHRONICLE, 10/22).
