     ...Cohn & Wolfe/NY promoted STEFANIE MILLER to Senior Media
     Exec in the agency's Central Media group (Cohn & Wolfe).
     ...ESPN named RITA FERRO Manager/Int'l Advertising Sales. 
     Previously, Ferro had been New Business Manager/Ad Sales
     with MTV Networks Latin America (ESPN)....Fruit of the Loom
     Sports & Licensing Division named DANIEL RASKIN Exec
     VP/Sales.  Previously, Raskin served as VP/Merchandising &
     Sales in the License Team Sports Division at Reebok Int'l
     (Pro Player Inc.)....JUD PERKINS, former head of the Kiel
     Center, will run the $184M Broward County Arena in Ft.
     Lauderdale when it opens next fall.  Perkins recently joined
     Florida Panthers Holdings, "where he oversees a couple of
     Florida skating rinks" and retail store Home Team Advantage
     (ST. LOUIS BUSINESS JOURNAL, 7/28).
