PONTIAC-GMC'S SAFARI BECOMES OFFICIAL VEHICLE OF CISL

          The Pontiac-GMC division of General Motors Corp. has
     signed a three-year sponsorship deal with the CISL, making
     the company's GMC Safari brand the official vehicle of the
     league.  GMC will leverage its CISL sponsorship to promote
     its midsize Safari passenger vans.  The deal gives GMC
     Safari exclusive automobile advertising during each CISL
     "Game of the Week" on Fox Sports Net, and includes the All-
     Star Game and all CISL playoffs.  Other components of the
     deal include on-field and arena signage, and promos in-
     arena, on TV and on the grass-roots level (CISL).
