     Leagues by MLBP.  Hummerstone was Marketing Manager for
     Baseball and Hockey at CT-based Starter Corp.  Also, SHAWN
     LAWSON-CUMMINGS has been promoted to MLBP Group Licensing
     Dir.  Lawson-Cummings was Dir of Licensing since '95
     (MLBP)....NFLP promoted GARY JACOBUS to VP/Corporate
     Sponsorship Development.  Jacobus will be responsible for
     new business opportunities (NFLP).....Strike Ten
     Entertainment named RICHARD LORD to its Board.  Lord is the
     Chair of the NY-based ad firm, The Lord Group (Strike Ten).
