     Sales for both Fox Sports Net and fX.  LaTorre was formerly
     President & COO for the Sales/Marketing Division of New
     World Communications (Fox)....JACK KEMP has been elected to
     The Sports Authority's board of directors, effective April 1

     JOE BERTAGNA was named Commissioner of Hockey East (HARTFORD
     COURANT, 2/26)....The Patriots promoted BOBBY GRIER to
     VP/Player Personnel and DON LOWERY to VP/Public & Community
     Relations (SportsTicker)....CRISTINA SECKINGER was named
     Senior Publicist for ESPN Int'l.  She will be responsible
     for all aspects of int'l public relations (ESPN).
