FLEER/SKYBOX INT'L ANNOUNCES NEW AGENCY ASSIGNMENTS

1.22.1997

          NJ-based Fleer/SkyBox Int'l has hired NYC-based
     National Media Group to serve as the company's sports
     marketing and PR agency.  NC-based Top Dog Marketing will
     assume PR and promotional support for the company's
     entertainment and gaming products.  Advertising for
     Fleer/SkyBox will be split among PA-based James Bunting
     Advertising (Fleer) and NC-based Rockett, Burkhead, Lewis &
     Winslow (SkyBox).  CT-based promo agency Ryan Partnership
     has also been retained by the company (Fleer/SkyBox).
