BIG BUSINESS FOR OLYMPIC SPRINT GOLD MEDALIST BAILEY

Agents for Olympic 100-meter gold medalist Donovan Bailey
say they are "fielding more than a dozen callas a day" from
companies interested in Bailey's services, according to the
CANADIAN PRESS. Mark Block of Flynn Sports Management, which
represents Bailey: "It's more of a worldwide thing, but there are
some Canadian companies interested." Some say Bailey is worth
C$5M in endorsements, but his agents may be selective. Block:
"It's just a matter of weeding through what he likes, what he
believes is credible. He'll only do so much. He won't
prostitute himself to make an extra dollar" (CP/TORONTO SUN,
9/20).
