transaction was finalized, Chair ED SNIDER announced the

VP/Finance; PHIL WEINBERG, Exec VP & General Counsel; PETER
LUUKKO, President & CEO CoreStates Complex; BOB CLARKE,
President/Flyers; and PAT CROCE, President/76ers
(ComcastSpectacor).... MARTY PARKES has been named USGA Dir of
Communications (USGA)....Ascent Sports has announced MIMI BROWN
as VP/Sales & Marketing (Ascent).... TOM MACLEAN has been named
General Sales Manager for PASS Sports (GOULD MEDIA)....The Blues
named BOB BERRY as Asst GM (SportsTicker)....The Lightning
extended TONY ESPOSITO's contract as Dir of Hockey
Development/Scouting (Lightning).
