     The 76ers have named FRAN CASSIDY VP of Sales (76ers).
....The Lightning have re-upped GM PHIL ESPOSITO with a new
three-year deal (TAMPA TRIBUNE, 5/15)....ROY TURNER is the new GM
of the CISL and will oversee all league operations.  He
previously served as President & GM of the NPSL Wings
(CISL)....CHRISTIE MEHLHORN has resigned as Dir of Public
Relations for the AHL Springfield Falcons (Falcons)....DREW HAYES
will assume the post of ESPN Radio Exec Producer.  He joins ESPN
from WLS Talk Radio in Chicago, where he had been Operations
Manager since '89 (ESPN).
