RONALD AND MICKEY MULL PARTNERSHIP

     McDonald's Corp. is "finalizing" a 10-year, $100M deal for
exclusive involvement in nearly every aspect of Disney's media
and entertainment operations, from movies to consumer products to
ESPN, according to execs familiar with the  negotiations.  AD AGE
reports the deal could keep McDonald's from doing promo deals
with other studios.  The deal has McDonald's paying $100M in
licensing and royalties for as many as 17 opportunities a year,
as well as sponsorship of Animal Kingdom, a new Disney theme
park.  Burger King, which has tied in with many Disney feature
films in recent years, is reportedly considering its options.
McDonald's is said to want the deal done in time to announce it
to franchisees in two weeks, so there could be time for Burger
King to make a counter offer (AD AGE ONLINE, 4/11).
