ROBERT SEGUSO, CARLING BASSET and developer ARTHUR COHEN.  The
24-court center is under renovation (TAMPA TRIBUNE,
3/12)....MONICA SELES appeared as an All-Star Cafe waitress in
last night's "The Nanny" (CBS, 3/11).
