SI'S ISSUE ON MODELL GOES TO RARE SECOND PRINTING

The December 4 issue of Sports Illustrated that featured a cover story on the Browns move is going to a second printing, according to David Adams of the AKRON BEACON JOURNAL. The magazine usually sells around 51,000 newsstand copies in the Cleveland area, but last week SI decided to print another 100,000 copies for the region. Extra SI printings "are rare" in the magazine's 40-year history. There have been only two since '94 - - covers on Mickey Mantle and the Rockets (Akron BEACON JOURNAL, 12/21).
