FRANCHISE NOTES: INDIANS ANNOUNCE '96 TICKET SALES

     Single game tickets will go on sale for Indians home games
November 24, the earliest ever.  The club announced season
tickets will be capped at 25,000 in '96, leaving approximately
17,000 per game available to the public (Indians)....The Senators
will discount seats to less popular games by 40% for fans under
17 when the team moves to the Palladium in January (OTTAWA
CITIZEN, 11/14).... Stallions Owner Jim Speros said he intends to
keep his franchise in Memorial Stadium for the final three years
of his lease with Baltimore, despite the fact the Browns will
play there, too (WASHINGTON POST, 11/14)....Jay Leno:  "The
Washington Bullets are changing their name because they don't
want to be associated with the image of crime.  So from now on,
instead of the Washington Bullets, they're just going to be known
as the Bullets" ("Tonight," NBC, 11/13).
