EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

     CLAIRE PERSON has goined ESPN as Dir/Consumer Promotion and
Marketing.  Person was formerly Manager of Event Marketing for
Phillip Morris USA (ESPN)....RICHARD DONNELLY has been promoted
to Manager of Sports Sales at NBC Cable, New York, he was
formerly an Account Executive....JON DUBLIN formerly Sales
Manager for La Cadena Deportiva, Houston, has been named VP,
Sales, for Prime Deportiva (BROADCASTING & CABLE, 9/18
issue)....Interbrew SA Vice Chair HANS MEERLOO has resigned to
pursue other interests.  Meerloo led the company's takeover of
Labatt's, which owns the Blue Jays, Argonauts and a share in
SkyDome (GLOBE & MAIL, 9/19).
