PAINE WEBBER ENDS RELATIONSHIP WITH SENIOR GOLF TOUR

     Paine Webber Group Inc. has ended its sponsorship of the
Paine Webber Invitational after more than 11 years as the title
sponsor of the Senior PGA Tour event, according to GOLF WEEK.
Tournament Dir Gregg Vincent said the event is currently seeking
a new title sponsor for next year's event scheduled for April 29-
May 5. The $800,000 event "was hosted annually by Arnold Palmer
and is one of the oldest tournaments on the tour" (GOLF WEEK,
9/18 issue).
