     Buccaneers owner MALCOLM GLAZER is being sued by tenants of
several mobile home parks he owns around NY for illegally
collecting arbitrary fees.  Glazer required that tenants pay $3 a
month extra for each child and $5 a month for each dog (CHICAGO
TRIBUNE, 7/23)....Astros Owner DRAYTON MCLANE was profiled in
Sunday's HOUSTON CHRONICLE.  McLane's home phone number is listed
in the Temple, TX, phone book (HOUSTON CHRONICLE, 7/23)....Giants
Owners WELLINGTON MARA, JOHN MARA and BOB TISCH were profiled in
the N.Y. TIMES.  Mike Freeman writes the team's ownership picture
"has never looked brighter" (N.Y. TIMES, 7/23)....Dolphins Owner
WAYNE HUIZENGA told the MIAMI HERALD that "cash is not an issue"
with the team and "if we don't win it all, it's not because we
had a zipper on the billfold" (MIAMI HERALD, 7/22).
