Final Four Ancillary Events To Be Held In Downtown Phoenix

Phoenix Final Four organizers today announced that "both the Final Four Fan Fest and NCAA March Madness Music Festival will take place" in the city's downtown. The Fan Fest will run March 31-April 3 at Phoenix Convention Center, with the music festival "slated for Margaret Hance Park." Concert acts "have not yet been named." Both the concert series and Fan Fest are "mostly free events and open to the public" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 10/4).

Meanwhile, Taylor Swift "will headline" DirecTV's 12th annual pre-Super Bowl party, Super Saturday Night, on Feb. 4 in Houston. The show "will take place at a 64,000-square-foot venue custom-made for the concert." Tickets "will be available through a series of promotions and campaigns from AT&T" (ROLLINGSTONE.com, 10/4).
