NBPA Investigating Claims About Priority Sports' Bradley Ames

The NBPA is conducting an investigation into claims made about Priority Sports & Entertainment agent Bradley Ames, who was indicted Friday on federal child pornography charges. NBPA Exec Dir Michele Roberts in an email wrote, "We are not yet ready to make any statements about this situation, apart from that we are investigating the claims and exploring our options." Roberts added the union was not aware of the indictments until after the news broke on Friday night. Ames has worked his entire career at PS&E.

Ames reps numerous players in the NBA, D-League and international leagues, and sources said that he also reps some prospective NBA Draft picks. Ames is scheduled to be arraigned before U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Gilbert in Chicago on Wednesday.
