Cowboys-Falcons Wins The Night For NBC, Keeps "SNF" No. 1
Published November 6, 2012
NBC's Cowboys-Falcons "SNF" telecast earned a final rating of 13.2 with 21.7 million viewers, down slightly from a 13.3 rating and 22.1 million viewers for last year's Week 9 Ravens-Steelers game. The game was the most-watched and highest-rated primetime program of the night, and keeps "SNF" as the No. 1 primetime show on TV in terms of viewer numbers and key adult and male demos. The nine-week average rating of 12.9 marks the best start in the seven-year history of "SNF," and the highest-rated start to a season for an NFL primetime package since ABC's "MNF" in '99 (NBC).
