Al Jazeera's beIN Sport on Friday announced that it has reached carriage deals with Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks (beIN).

The Champions Tour and energy company Constellation announced a five-year extension through '17 of their deal for naming rights of the Constellation Senior Players Championship (PGA Tour).

The Redskins during Sunday's home game against the Panthers will unveil an alternate uniform based on the team's '37 gear, including a brown helmet that will be "painted like it's leather." PRO FOOTBALL TALK's Mike Florio wrote this will be "arguably one of the best throwback ensembles" (PROFOOTBALLTALK.com, 10/31).

Paciolan on Friday announced that it has renewed its partnership with the Univ. of Pittsburgh. The tie-in began in '91 (Paciolan).
