Major League Gaming Sets Online Viewership Records With June Event

Major League Gaming again set a new record as the most-watched North American competitive video gaming event ever with its recent Pro Circuit Spring Championship held June 8-10 in Anaheim. MLG posted 4.7 million unique online viewers during the weekend, peak consumption of the live online tournament video feed of 437,000 concurrent viewers, and more than 5.4 million total hours of consumed online video. The 4.7 million online uniques was 34% higher than the total online audience for MLG's entire Pro Circuit tour last year, and the 437,000 concurrent viewer peak was 81% higher than the prior mark set during MLG's National Championship last November.
