Drug Charges Dismissed Against NFL Draft Prospect Dre Kirkpatrick

Misdemeanor marijuana possession charges have been dismissed against former Alabama CB Dre Kirkpatrick, it was confirmed today by the player's attorney, Jim Delgado, and a person in the Florida State Attorney's office. Kirkpatrick was a passenger in a car current Under Armour employee and former Alabama CB Chris Rogers was driving in Bradenton, Fla., where IMG Academies is based, when they were arrested in the early morning hours of Jan. 17. Kirkpatrick had been viewed as a top 10 NFL Draft pick.
