Perhaps the youngest duo in athlete representation has developed an agency that’s become a prominent player in the NIL space. Jackson Zager and Tommy Thomsen, both former quarterbacks at IMG Academy, have become certified sports agents in several states even though they are in their early 20s. Thomsen has recently departed from JTM Sports, but he was integral in the agency’s early days. And Zager is left to carry the business forward on its fundamentals of deal-making, wealth management, marketing and legal guidance.
