Baseball
The Houston Astros promoted Mike Elias to assistant general manager for scouting and player development, Pete Putila to director of player development and Armando Velasco to assistant director of player development.

Basketball
The WNBA’s Dallas Wings named Eric Williamson vice president of corporate partnerships. Williamson was sales and marketing manager for Pinnacle Entertainment Sales & Marketing.

Colleges
The Ohio Valley Conference named Travis Tellitocci assistant commissioner for football, basketball and officiating. Tellitocci was deputy athletic director for Marist College.

The University of Minnesota hired Julie Manning as executive associate athletic director and senior woman administrator. Manning was senior associate athletic director of sports administration and senior woman administrator at the University of Wyoming.

The Colonial Athletic Association promoted Samantha Barany to associate commissioner for women’s basketball and championships.

Facilities
Watkins Glen International promoted Chris Cornett to vice president of facilities and operations.

Football
The San Francisco 49ers hired Lindsey Arnold as a partnership services manager.

Golf
The Tiger Woods Foundation and the PGA Tour’s Genesis Open named James Cefaly senior sales manager. Cefaly was vice president of hockey development and community relations for the Los Angeles Kings.

Hockey
The Arizona Coyotes named Brad Rossen director of statistical science and Al Ambrosia hockey operations coordinator.

The Los Angeles Kings hired John D’Onofrio as coordinator for analytics.

The Dallas Stars promoted Les Jackson to senior adviser to the general manager and Scott White and Mark Janko to assistant general manager.

Marketing
PrimeSport hired Andrew Zinberg as chief commercial officer, Jon Lavallee as chief operating officer and Zack Long as chief marketing officer. Zinberg was senior vice president of athlete marketing and sales and Long a vice president in the consulting division for Wasserman, and Lavallee was worldwide general manager and chief financial officer for Blyth Inc.

Team One named Elpi Paradiso management supervisor, Kate Bartow account supervisor and Katie Costopoulos and Magan Felitto account executives.

Callaway Golf named Sean Toulon senior vice president and general manager for Odyssey Golf. Toulon was chief executive officer and founder of Toulon Design and formerly executive vice president of product design and creation for TaylorMade-Adidas Golf.
